CARD REGISTRATION – To Activate your new Suzuki Visa^® Prepaid Card login to www.suzukicash.com and select Card Activity

• You will be prompted to provide phone number, Social Security number, email address and mobile information for optional text-for-balance requests
• Once your card is activated, the Card Activity link will take you directly to your card balance and transaction history

LOGIN – Step 1

• Click on Create Account button
• Enter the last five digits of your card number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number in boxes provided.
• Click Submit

• You will then be asked to enter User ID (use any eight characters)
• Enter Password (must be eight characters containing at least one Uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number)
• Select a Reminder Question from the drop-down box
• Enter an answer to this question

• To set up a PIN for ATM cash withdrawals, you must call 1-800-599-0285
• Follow the voice unit prompts to enter 16-digit card number and your personal access code (last four digits of SSN)
• Press 5 to select a new PIN from the menu of options
• Follow the prompt to set your PIN (four new digits)

Now you can navigate into the Suzuki program in which you are enrolled as a participant. You can click on View Incentive Activity to see detail for each incentive paid. Note that this detail may appear the day following the day your award is deposited on the card, depending on timing.
